You will work within a variety of healthcare environments, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with diverse needs. Your role is essential in promoting dignity, independence, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsible For

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.
• Support with mobility and safe use of equipment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship.
• Assist with meals, hydration and feeding when required.
• Monitor, record and report service users’ health and wellbeing.
• Encourage independence and involvement in daily activities.
• Uphold safeguarding, dignity, respect and professionalism at all times.
• Work alongside nurses, carers and wider healthcare teams.
